The game's art has only 3 colours as per the limitation by the jam. The colours I used were inspired by the classic GameBoy colour palette. and it turned out better than I had hoped.
The game was not made with any particular forest in mind.
(So many forests have burned after this game was released that this joke doesn't make sense anymore.)
1.3 update:
We have had enough forest fires getting out of control that's why you can now actually win in this game and Save The Forest.
With the all new Normal mode (the old highscore mode is now called Arcade mode) where if you keep the forest alive for more than 4 minutes help will arrive.
