I have been trying to contact your company unsuccessfully for the last 3 weeks regarding a missing in action order of mine. It was never fulfilled, it’s last status was “in flow” and now is completely gone from my order section. It preceded the order that is listed, and it’s pretty pointless to have violet wand tools without a violet wand. The order that dissappeared is order 2191 and was placed May 1st and the money was nearly 800$ for the Terminator Violet wand kit with several added tools. Please let me know what is going on.
